 Kangaroo Flat Soldiers Memorial works complete

The Kangaroo Flat Soldiers Memorial has been restored by the
Restoring Community War Memorials Grants Program.


The Arch of Triumph, White Hills and the Soldiers Memorial
gate, Marong have both received
Restoring Community War Memorials Grants.
Restoration works are planned for 2014/15.

State government funding

The Restoring Community War Memorials grants offered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet has been responsible for the restoration works on the Kangaroo Flat Soldiers Memorial in 2013/14.

Successful grant applications were also made for conservation and restoration works on the Arch of Triumph, White Hills and the Soldiers Memorial gate, Marong. These works are planned to be undertaken in 2014/15.
